Ensuring that iVolve’s customers receive consistent service quality regardless of location and time zone, this development provides contractors and operators with the access to iVolve’s reliable and technologically advanced solutions across the US and Canada.
iVolve was acquired by Komatsu in December 2023 and continues to provide its services as an independent group company while furthering development of its products and solutions.
Since the acquisition, iVolve have leveraged the extensive Komatsu sales and support network, which operates a dense network of service centres and dealers worldwide. These facilities offer maintenance, repair, and parts services to ensure that mining and quarry equipment remains operational and efficient.
Sales and Support of iVolve’s Mining Solutions are managed through Komatsu Mining Technology Solutions, headquartered in Tucson AZ. Services include solution design, installation, deployment, technical support, warranty, service and repair.
Sales and Support of iVolve’s Quarry Solutions are managed through Komatsu North America, headquartered in Chicago IL, and supported through Komatsu dealers in the region. Services include solution design, installation, deployment, technical support, warranty, service and repair.
