We are happy to announce the release of the highly anticipated Nexis MX2 and new look Nexis enclosure.

The new release of the MX2, introduces the versatility and power of a dual-radio device. The MX2 holds two modular radio slots supporting a variety of radio options, which allows a single unit to be used for a high-gain wireless backbone infrastructure in addition to the local, mesh networks.

Nexis MX2 is the perfect solution for large mining environments where backhaul to the site offices is required. Use a single MX2 containing one high power, high rate radio card for long distance, non-line-of-site communications and a second radio card (802.11a/b/g) to perform local meshing as with Nexis MX1.
